Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Orders over $50 ship free. For orders under that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love up&out. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened tins within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To start a return, email admin@upandoutenergy.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — no return required.

Subscription orders

Subscription renewals can be skipped or cancelled any time before the next billing date from your account page. Already-shipped renewal orders follow the standard return policy above.
